Terravision cancels service, doesn't refund

On 30th may I purchased two mentor seats for that airport exchange support

Between Bratislava airport and Vienna, in the Terravision consultant in Stansted airport, worth £20. Coming in Bratislava there is no coach in the starting level, the neighborhood office was shut. After waiting half an hour following the planned starting times, and being obvious that there's no coach support, we employed an area organization for that move. Coming in London I've approached terravision and requested to get a reimbursement, based on their T&D. They declined to reimbursement, supplying a voucher for 16 Pounds alternatively, that we WOn't take. Within their T&C it's mentioned that they can return in case there is support termination. They're not addressing my emails anymore.
