Allegiant Air closes boarding ticket booth 45 minutes early

My loved ones and that I had planned a trip to Nevada for this seasonis spring break. Our planned departure was 9:00 P.M. I reached airport at 8:10 and there is no Allegiant Air consultant at table to matter my boarding pass. Several about 6 everyone was there before me by which they mentioned they have been awaiting a for around 15 to 20 minutes. Based on the fine-print on our Schedule, Allegiant Air plan claims that it's suggested to reach 2 hours early. Additionally, it says the admission table for boarding passes is likely to be shut 45 minutes just before starting. I had been there 50 units just before starting with no one was there to help me or even the different clients which were in front of me. We waited for around 40 units to talk to an Allegiant Air... Or must I say (Universal Atmosphere) consultant. Airplane was still on driveway for around 40 units and there is no body at airport who'd aid us. We subsequently noticed the airplane remove, and also the Allegiant reps, who shut the admission unit one hour before boarding, arriving towards us with smirks on the people. Which was complete cruelty... Allegiant Air reps understood there is several about 12 individuals who have been waiting to get their boarding passes plus they didn't care to provide us a reason. McAllen airport is just a little airport which was the only real trip departing at that time. They'd no cause to near ticket booth sooner than the 45 units mentioned within the schedule. Once the Allegiant Air Consultant ultimately found aid us, he was definitely disrespectful, rude, and unprofessional. He, along side other individuals who represent this flight, ostensibly folded their eyes and shrugged their shoulders and charged most of US for not producing the 45-minute contract. I named Allegiant Air Customer Service reps to determine what hotels they are able to aid me with, but all I did so was spend my period. They also were really rude and wouldn't permit us to get a reimbursement or rebook our trip. After I described I along with a number of others have there been prior to the 45-minute contract, the consultant described they do occasionally shut the admission unit as much as one hour early. I described towards the consultant that final ticket unit one hour just before boarding was no-where mentioned within the schedule he described that there is nothing he might do... Policy is plan. Allegiant Air continues to be formally barred in my own guide. I've visited often and not have I experienced this kind of plan! Allegiant Air essentially took our cash!
