Sell magazines under false pretense

They sold magazines to me in the amount of $349.00 in August 09 and to date no magazines have been delivered. They use charismatic young folks to convince you to buy magazines to help them work their way toward some aspiring goal. The sales person even left his phone number and that of his immediate supervisor on the receipt which I have called and received back ridiculous text messages such as "Who Dis Is? I'm awesome." This is indeed a situation where those honestly out here doing legitimate businesses will suffer because I will never do this again. I am equally ashamed that I allowed myself to be taken for this much. Never again. I have e-mailed the email address with no response and have called the 1-800# to get disconnected with the same voice response about "having current technicial difficulties" for months now. I would love to see action taken against this fraudulent company.
