Company charged me for credit cards that I never received and completely ignored my inquiries

I ordered 5 magazines from NetMagazines.com on August 23. The company says the magazines will be delivered within 12 weeks. I waited approximately 5 months and still did not receive the magazines.

I reported a problem through their "customer service" web page. I received an email from "Michele" saying that they would look into my problem and get back to me in 5 to 7 business days. After 7 business days passed I still did not get a response, so I again reported a problem and subsequently got the same response from "Michelle". I've since reported the probem 5 times and no one ever response to me.

There is no contact information on the web page. No physical address and no phone number. This company is committing credit card fraud by charging customer credit cards under the false pretense that they are going to receive magazines in return. I have asked for them to refund my money numerous times and do not get any response.
