This company had young men coming door to door to sell magazines, which I paid for

I bought and paid for magazines that were never mailed to me. I bought these magazines for my 2 small grandchildren to enjoy and my check cleared but never received the magazines that were promised to me. I tried calling the 800 number only to find out that it is disconnected.
