I attempted to come back a product today in the HEB in Beeville, Texas. This is exactly what occurred: used to do not need my bill since the product was bought many weeks before. The lady in the table required them to a different space and shut the doorway. She arrived a couple of minutes later and stated that them I had been returning hadn't been bought at that Beeville HEB within the last 2 weeks. I informed her I might have purchase it longer previously or I might have bought it at another HEB in a city close by. She stated I really could not return it with no bill. I mentioned used to do not need cash-back, I just desired available credit. She stated that was shop plan -to not return a product bought from anther HEB. I expected her where this shop plan was published and he or she passed me a little framed flyer with little printing which was concealed from take on the wall behind her. No body might have had the opportunity to see the little printing from wherever they'd it published. I started studying the flyer also it really stated that they are doing provide retailer credit with no bill. I requested to talk to the store-manager James Moron and he also stated their plan was as she'd mentioned and have been this way for over annually. I recommended him that their "hidden" shop plan flyer stated they are doing provide retailer credit with no bill. Therefore he requested to determine my driver's permit-I'm-not sure why, but this created me feel just like I had been interrogated. I told him that HEB may be the only shop I've actually observed the merchandise for the reason that I had been returning which I'd never had an issue before returning products with no bill. I've been buying at HEBis in south Tx for 30 years. He ultimately relented and offered mean available credit. The entire encounter was unsettling and that I will soon be purchasing around I will from Walmart to any extent further as this is actually the only additional option I've in Beeville. Atleast Walmart may return items which were bought from their store without providing you with difficulty.
