Discriminates Against Minority Custome

Our buddy and that I were likely to get a set of prescription spectacles in the Lenscrafters at North Park Mall in Texas. He'd previously paid $550 for that spectacles that needed to be special-ordered for that prescription. Once we contacted the shop a high saleswoman approached me having a discount and free lens wipes. She dismissed my buddy. Whenever we strolled in to the shop she extended to dismiss my buddy and just centered on me. Used to donot recognize it at that time but she'd completed this to him before. It became apparent that she desired to assist me since I'm bright and never my buddy since he's Oriental (with black skin). We were the only real clients within the shop, which created the problem really uncomfortable. Our buddy was so annoyed he couldn't remain in the shop until administration might solve the problem. On our solution the client support boss apologized and stated that the revenue worker had been likely to be dismissed. What's Lenscrafters awaiting? This case is horrible and foolish. The organization discriminates against spending clients and drops a purchase from me. I'd introduced my new prescription to purchase a brand new set of spectacles. I actually donot feel relaxed in a shop with one of these bad business methods.
