Horrible customer service

I invested over an hour or so about the telephone with Kingdom nowadays concerning a missed apointment. 46 of these moments were allocated to store. Hearing bad music. I hung-up the telephone sensation more frustrated and annoyed then I began. There is NO report of a scheduled appointment for an additonal estimation. The appt they had established for installment was 14 days in the future

No body had solutions for me personally. No body understood ways to get somebody available ASAP. No body cared that people had terminated ALL weekend ideas to be able to be house for that repetition that NEVER confirmed.

Obviously... I ended the purchase. I'd like a business that stands behind their item and cares about clients... Kingdom didnt do either factor for me today. I obtained NO solutions an NUMBER payment.
