Unbelievable rudeness and unprofessional

I'm worrying regarding the support that I obtained in the Walmart Super-Center in Cushing Oklahoma, I simply attempted to return a product for an exchange and was refused, the worker a woman called Connie required them a sofa address, exposed it up after which explained it was filthy plus they wouldn't consider it back, this is difficult, she popped it.

The worker then stuffs it back to the pot and informs me she can't assist me, alone who'd have created them "filthy" might have been the worker by eliminating them from its presentation and pulling it across a lint coated table as could be proven within the shop movies.

Since I've a minor learning problem and didn't understand why this worker Connie had handled me within this way, I'd my helper contact the store-manager and protest, he talked to some individual who recognized himself as Terri, she got the statement of mis conduct and stated she'd contact me back, a few hours handed therefore Walmart in Cushing was again named which period I'd my helper consult with another Walmart employe who recognized himself as Sissy, this individual agreed to defuse the problem and permit the return though she knew the Product needed to be filthy " as though she might inform without having being there", the worker Sissy created this declaration many times about the telephone, actually recommended that I move it down! Today recall she's not individually observed this product.

I still possess the product and also have witnesses that'll declare it's not employed or filthy.
