We were extremely frustrated and disappointed with Walmart

We requested a Wii Healthy Plus with Stability Panel, Wii Healthy Sport, and Wii Healthy Accessory Pack from Walmart.com. Having used Website to Shop we selected this for the shipping choice. We obtained a contact allowing us realize that the things were prepared for get. We acquired a container that was designed to include all the above-listed products.in the Website to Shop table, the worker questioned if my fiance "desired" to start the container. Because we'd no issues previously, he thought that anything was there. Whenever we got home and exposed the box, the Wii Healthy stability panel, a $100.00 product, wasn't within the box, or was the packing slip. Upon examination of the container, it seemed the box have been split or damaged open and retaped. We instantly named the Website to Shop worker to describe what happened. Throughout the discussion, she mentioned several times that she "provided" to allow my fiance start the container and he decided to not, therefore we had a need to occupy the problem using the Walmart Corporate Vessel to Shop workplace.

I instantly sent a contact to corporate explaining what happened. 24 hours later, my fiance obtained a phone from the really unpleasant customer support consultant who'dnot pay attention to him and simply kept saying that she examined using the worker, "Roxie" who stated that she "provided" to allow him start the container and he decided to not. He questioned if starting the box was the shopis plan and he or she wouldn't reply and simply answered by once more stating that "Roxie provided" to allow him start the container. He eventually got disappointed and informed her he'd challenge the costs through his charge card business. Walmart might do nothing to create it right.

Obviously, we were ACUTELY disappointed and dissatisfied with Walmart. Before this, we thought that Walmart was an organization that did the best point because of its clients. Evidently not. At this time, we're $100.00 worse but still don't have any Wii Healthy Stability Panel togo with this components. So far, we looked at Walmart each week and also have invested lots of profit their shops and on Walmart.com. Following this terrible encounter, we intend to store elsewhere and purchase our products from others.
