One of employee was very rude and argumentative

Our kids bought a Disc in Jacksonville, for my birthday & since the cashier was having issues using the document move for bills, she questioned when they truly required the bill. They recommended yes since itis something special therefore the supervisor reluctantly visited her workplace to produce one.

The Disc was broken and so I visited my local Goal to switch. The GSTL "Melena" was really rude & argumentative, declaring I really could not utilize that bill since it did not possess a "V anything quantity & this is exactly what she usually shows her visitors. After I informed her my kids had particularly informed the Jacksonville Supervisor they required it because it was something special, Melena extended to claim that it had beennot worthwhile & again & again explained she usually informs her visitors this. Used to do not need a reimbursement, merely an exchange for that identical Disc. She stayed snippy & argumentative. I came across this to become extremely unprofessional.

I visit this Goal no less than 2 - three times per week & more often than not buy products and so I do not enjoy being handled in this way & around I've generally preferred Goal, it has provided me a poor flavor & I'll not frequent the shop as frequently when I have previously
