Fraud and cheating!

Our boy obtained a birthday present from Goal which we which previously had. The present was appreciated at $50 but still on shop shelves at Goal. The doll was fresh, never utilized and was a Goal unique doll - just offered at Goal as mentioned on toybox. After I we visited return without present bill, the worker mentioned that anything over $20 without present receipt isn't ready to be delivered even when it's a Goal only item. This is actually the return policy of Goal, no-return without bill over $20 that we calculate is roughly 50% of items that Goal offers. I lost my important time and named customer support where they repeated exactly the same processed point "that it's goal plan."
