Scam and cheating!

We bought a T.V. From Goal for the kids birthday. She employed it for around per week also it quit functioning. Therefore we packed it back to the container and required it to Focus On wishing to switch it to get a unique one. Whenever we got there the shop worker informed us that because we did not have our bill they would not except that people actually purchased the t.V. From their website. They're the only real people that market this manufacturer. So because of Target our child does not have a birthday present.
