Working with SameDay Appliance Repair has been an unending nightmare!!! After scheduling 5 appointments (including one no-show) I am still dealing with a broken refrigerator!!! The repairmen came to my home three times to spend several hours working on my refrigerator, which wasn't producing enough cold air. They made it so the fridge would work for several days, then break again, but this time producing NO cold air. The cost in discarded groceries alone ran into several hundred dollars, and the hours spent on this were draining. After the third failed "repair", and upon realizing they had broken my refrigerator beyond repair (the man used a blow torch on it during his last visit) I kindheartedly offered to accept $300 of the $480 repair bill and simply part ways. They refused this offer, so in desperation for a working refrigerator, I agreed to let them replace my broken refrigerator with a refurbished one of their choosing. This was installed on May 20, and, although it is set to its highest temperature, things are melting inside. Take my advice, either call the company repair (General Electric, Maytag, etc.) or buy a new refrigerator. This isn't worth the expense or hassle.
