Refrigerator Repair - Charged but NOT Fixed

My refrigerator quit working and Ken came out and said I needed a new baffle and temperature control assembly, charged me $577.94, (for replacing parts plus a 1 yr. Warranty ($291.58). But I continued having problems so he said he would replace the unit at no charge which they came back when I was not home, (my neighbor let them in) but did not replace the unit because the fridge quit working all together a week later and I lost a freezer and refrigerator full of food that spoiled. I had to get a new refrigerator and pay to have the old one hauled away. He offered to reimburse me $350.00 for the warranty and supposedly defective parts he put in but he has not repaid me anything. I have tried contacting him several times but he refuses to reimburse me for any of this. He also charged the person I bought the house from $239.00 less than 6 months prior for repairs on this same refrigerator which is why I used his service, nor realizing he was going to rip me off. I should at least get the warranty charge back.
