Our icemaker stopped worked in our brand new refrigerator. There aren't any repair techs in our area because Samsung refuses to pay enough. Their idea of a resolution? Cut the cord on the refrigerator, send it to them (so that our refrigerator isn't working) and maybe 2-4 weeks later we will get a check to replace our refrigerator. Don't ever buy anything from samsung. They don't care about us as customers at all.
