Don't purchase from them

I really like (n) Verilux bulbs until today. I own several Verilux bulbs since I experienced the organization had ethics. Verilux promotes: "Verilux bulbs are made for life" Recently, among my lights became inoperative and that I approached Customer Support where I received no fulfillment. Today, I had been approached by "Brian" who originally declined to provide me his surname. This guy ultimately accepted he was David Tauscher, Vice-President of Procedures. I discussed that since Verilux promotes that "Verilux bulbs are made for life" and quarry ceased functioning recently, I'd just like a substitute. Mr. Tauscher recommended me that Verilux just sticks for their warranty plan which promises no lifetime guarantee. Therefore, for me, Verilux attracts clients in having a "created to last for life" promise after which will not stick to it. I'll not be buying out of this organization again.
