I requested The FTD® Nice Commitment Arrangement-Product#: 10-M5 for my mother for Mom's Evening. I named the next week to recommend that people were excessively disappointed with all the blossoms. Our mom NEVER complains and he or she named the agreement horrible. The agreement was to become all red, 5 flowers. I paid $63. She obtained 3 roses plus some orange blossoms; a little agreement this one might spend $8 for in the supermarket. I named to protest, was informed they might redeliver the blossoms on May 14. Didn't occur. I reported again and was guaranteed a call-back. Didn't occur.
Don't use this florist. It's a fraud.
