Delivered on wrong date to wrong person

I purchased flowers on 2/7 for a funeral to be held in Ottumwa, Iowa on 2/9. The blossoms were sent to a second relative in Urbandale, Iowa on 2/12. The way the blossoms reach him, I actually donot understand! Actually the final names were diverse! Therefore... Our blossoms didn't ensure it is towards the memorial, or towards the kids of the dead. I'm horrible they did not have our blossoms having a notice of our compassion and love at that unfortunate period within their lives. I named Wesley Berry Plants to protest and have to get a reimbursement of my cost, and that I got an 800-number owner informing me that she just requires purchases - could not help me. I quit a note for somebody in control to contact me back. We will notice... I wont keep my breath. I submitted a protest with my credit union, arguing the cost on my bank card. Ideally I wont need to purchase the blossoms that didn't get to the memorial. Thus unfortunate for that household, and truly angry at Wesley Berry Plants!
