Horrible Service

Just Flowers.com was a massive dissapointment. I purchased plants for my Mommy for Mom's Evening. Because Mom's Evening was on Sunday, I requested the prior Wednesday for early shipping on Friday.

Significantly to my shock, after I named Mommy to desire her a Happy Mother's Evening, she advised me the blossoms hadn't been shipped! No body named or sent me to inform me they might not provide.

Obviously, I really could not achieve anybody at their 800#, and so I responded towards the confirmation mail. Two nights later, they delivered mean email stating they couldn't meet up with the need because of insufficient fresh flowers available.

Two days next, I obtained an automatic ask my cell to push 2 to deliver the blossoms by having an apology notice and $10 off the cost. Once more, after an another 2-day wait, Mother however didn't have any blossoms.

I finally got through about the 800# and spoke to some Consultant. Their English abilities were inadequate and he was difficult to comprehend. He advised me that unlike the things they had explained earlier, they might not provide the blossoms simply because they couldn't look for a Florist near to my Mother. I requested to talk to a, but he advised me that none was available.

He held me off and on store for more than 30 minutes. He ultimately discovered a Florist, but requested basically might spend $7 for one more usage cost. I had been mad and informed him to your investment entire point and credit my cost. He begged me to not achieve this and guaranteed to not cost me the $7. He guaranteed to provide 24 hours later and might contact me on my cell with verification. He never did call-back.

They eventually sent the blossoms on May 14 at 3:40pm.

To sum up, I'd never suggest Simply Flowers.com to anybody. Their support and conversation was Terrible!
