Not for Human Consumption outright stealing! Never sent product, it has been months

My order, order number 794, was placed on February 12th. Today's date is may 28th. I still have not received my product. I have emailed the company several times, and gotten several different responses, all with the same general message of trying to reassure me that this is some kind of mistake. Your god damn right it is. But did they fix it?
No. They didn't. I still check the mail for my product every day. For the last two months or so, they have just stopped responding to my emails all together. I've probably sent over twenty different emails, and left countless voicemail messages.
One time, in their response to my email they offered me $40 off my next order. That there, is a stupid human being. If you already ripped me off and stole my money, why in gods name would I send you more money? Maybe they thought I would fall for it. Not quite. They didn't even tell me how I would get the discount; no coupon code or anything. Another time they tried for sympathy; I quote "Why should we be held responsible for a screw up in the postal system?"... Now that is a pathetic excuse. This was after they claimed to have sent a reship. To put things in perspective, the United States Postal Service handles thousands, maybe even millions of packages a day. Some of these are extremely important. Obviously, it is very rare for things to actually get "lost" in the mail.
And this guy expects me to believe it happened to my package, twice in a row? Get the f* out of here. The fact that they have stopped responding to all my messages just further proves to me that this company is a scam and nothing more. Do not order from them.
