4wheelsupply.com, Processed my payment but never sent product. Will not return voicemail or emails

I placed an order online with this company the first of this year. After a couple days I received nothing but an order confirmation and order number by email. After waiting about two weeks I tried to phone them but one number they list is out-of-order and the other only asks you to leave a message and "someone will contact you." I have left many messages, sent many emails and have only received one reply from someone named "Will" who said my order was been drop-shipped from the manufacturer and that if I didn't receive it within a week to contact him via email directly. I never received it so I emailed him many times, left more messages and still have never heard anything. I have no idea if the product is not available or what is going on. I have asked them to let me know or credit my card but I have not been contacted by anyone.

I warn anyone dealing with this company to be careful. Go to their site and you will see they list no address, one of the two phone numbers is not even in service. They list no contact names. This company has done nothing but ripped me off!
