I too had a problem with this company several years

Ago. After waiting for about six months for a product i

Never received and receiving no response to my letters

Or phone calls, i filed a complaint with the us postal

Service fraud department. They contacted the company by

Mail and i finally received a refund. The company

Claimed that they had sent the product but that it was

Not delivered due to an incorrect zip code. This was

Just a flimsy excuse because i gave them the correct zip

Code. I would suggest that others who have been ripped

Off by this company should do what i did.in fact,

Anyone who has been ripped off by a mail order company

Should file a complaint with the post office.
