This is a lying, and trustless company. I spent more than $300 to buy its 3-yrs. Extended warranty. When my laptop met trouble (hinge was broken) this company asked me to pay more $60 for shipping. After I did they told me that my product can't be fixed because it's not worth to be fixed and is its responsibility to fix the problem. Come on... My warranty package is "solving in one step". After I paid $400 they mailed the problem laptop to me and did not do anything! Never, never, never trust this company! Don't waste your money!
