Haven't received magazines

I ordered two magazines order #747398 on 11/24/09 and on 12/12/09 I ordered # 749254, one magazine. My son has yet to receive anything. I send emails which are not answered right away. I have emailed three or four times. They took my money $ 74.99 but nothing to show for it. I've given them my son's address more than once. I have the receipts which show the address I gave them was right. I know it can take 4-16 weeks to get there but this is ridiculous. I'm pissed off now. I'm disabled and feel like they are messing with me. I've had emails from Brian that says he's looking into it but nothing happens. That's why I am complaining to you. Thank-you Anne Milano
