Tom scam moving company! Do not use them, major scam

Major scam ripoff moving company!!!

Came in at a lower quote then other companies in the area, were quoted a certain price of $500 to move, was sent a written copy, deposit was put down. Everything was boxed up and packaged up. Showed up 2.5 hours late, said stuck in Baltimore traffic. No one called to say they were going to be late. Called TOM, he gave numerous excuses, then he didn't even answer the PHONE. Were told three men to do the job of a two bedroom apartment.

Showed up and told FOUR MEN (price went up now) told to sign documents without them being filled out completly. Showed up in a rental truck. Told to leave apartment while things were being put in truck. Told would take three hours to load the truck.

Drove 30 minutes to new residence, told the bill was $2,000 and items would not be given till money was PAID. SINGLE MOTHER, WITH CHILD! Did not HAVE THE MONEY! Coworker handed over her credit card to pay SCAM MOVERS.

MOVERS said they had to go BACK to her apartment as couldn't get everything in truck, another $150.00 charge.

SINGLE MOM WITH CHILD is now sad, depressed and feels very ashamed that she did not check them out far enough in her reference check of them. She did get all her things, but now she has no money to pay the rent, food. Now she has to pay her coworker as well.

Everything here on RIPOFF is true. People please do not use them. Ok, Now Tom you want to give your side, I think he keeps his computer onto this page. I wonder why, I am sure he will even change his name soon.
