We employed Mr. Belcher operator of TAR-RIFIC to increase our garage and re-tar it. He offered us a cost of $1800.00 (plus texas) for 700 square feet. Mr. Belcher just put under 300 sq feet of tar and created an overall total chaos of the task. He also provided over your sprinklers! Mr. Belcher stated he'd return and repair the task but REQUIRED another $650 for gasoline, supplies and work! We've named another Concrete Organization to re do the whole garage for another $1800.00. He is unlicensed and that I want to buy on report he isn't trust-worthy before he does this to another person. Mr. Belcher has delivered us a notice DECLARING he might pay us the $960.00 by December 30 up to now he's nevertheless not delivered the cash and will not return our calls.
