This was once my favorite place to shop and we spent alot of money here because of the customer service. Be aware their retrun policy has changed as of 2/8/10. They no longer take things back after 90 days you need to deal with the manufacturer. I pay more at WS because of their past great customer service. Unfortunately Mr William's is no longer running the show and short sighted, money grabbers are ruining this once graet comapny it's a shame.
