Gray's Gas
My house could have burned down!

Construction & Repair

My partner and that I bought a home in September and before shutting we required the heater to be examined. Grey's Gasoline in Greensboro, Md. Examined the heater and offered us a conventional notice declaring that it had been in operating situation. Many months later, it got chilly exterior and we had a need to switch on our heater also it didn't function. The support providing our gas examined the heater plus they stated that it had been never connected to become examined by Grey's Gasoline since many components were absent or defective. They stated that if we did change our heater on also it did fire, our home might have captured on fire! They set that which was incorrect and delivered us a $135 bill for work of the support. We got this statement to Grey's Gasoline combined with the notice they delivered us declaring the heater was in operating situation plus they required no obligation for this as well as suggested that people did anything towards the heater because it was, "working once they quit" plus they "possess a fantastic status." These were very condescending to us and declined to cover the statement or acknowledge they might have created an error. They provided no answer apart from to accuse people of contacting them "liars" and overlooking us to the stage where we simply left discouraged and caught having a statement they must have looked after weeks before!
