This cafe is illegally producing clients spend A - 15% gratuity. Nothing is recorded within their company to these conditions. Plus it continues to be observed that they're irrate towards Afro Americans if their gratuity is not left. A server had a yelling match having a client. On another visit I observed a white leave less the gratuity and nothing was stated. Additionally the customers statement is in Oriental and never British, so just how are you aware that which you are spending money on?
