Overcharged for Gratuity Receipt states 18%, but they charged 24%

I visited this restaurant with 7 other people. The gratuity was added to my receipt. The receipt states that gratuity is 18%, but they actually charged me over 24%. The deception lies in the receipt, since it appears that they only charged me 18% and I suppose the actual amount of over 24% would be objectionable to some people. Another person in our group had the same issue.
