Manager can not honor the sale ad

I've a large criticism! I got a purchase advertisement into Walmart on January 20. They complement selling advertisements and also the shop of the advertisement was from the specific product I needed to buy. I get the purchase ad product plus some additional non-sale ad products I mind for that register and an associate Supervisor prevents and shows me He can't recognition the purchase advertisement. I present him the advertisement which is confirmed that it's a legitimate purchase advertisement but, a shipping man of the merchandise I had been cost matching informed the supervisor that it had been a misprint. He didn't provide me the complement! I had been totally in surprise since Walmartis client promise is the fact that they price-match any rivals purchase advertisement. I store many times EACH WEEK at Walmart but, perhaps not today!!! I obtained a raincheck in the purchase advertisement shop for that items that I required!!! I believe I'll begin performing more buying at that shop.
