Planned normal maintenance of our main air conditioner online to get a Friday between 8 am and 12 noon. I'd to remove function that entire day to become there. At 1:15 no body had named with no one had arrived at my house. I named the Client Support point plus they confirmed that there have been no calls designed to me however the the specialist stated he was at my house at 11:20 and that I didn't reply the doorway. Which was definitely not the situation. At that time I had been about the phone in my own research... Straight across in the door... And also the landscapers are there — 5 of these & performing the leading garden at-at time. That is terrible support.
