They are not providing good and safe customer service

I visited shop # 2022 on 01/05 to buy a battery for my vehicle Our car had simply died and AAA needed to come and leap my car and so I might generate it walmart to purchase a brand new battery. I'd to maintain my vehicle operating and that I allow the storage understand a co-employee called Billy she was good with it. After I experienced the shop no body might enable me. I don't understand much about automobiles and thought they might enable me. Another affiliate named Rueben simply ignored me. Another affiliate and her logo stated Department mgr onto it her title was Anne she switched her back on me and went away. At this time I'm truly getting angry since my vehicle is operating and that I am receiving no-where. And so I noticed another affiliate called alex and he didn't support me both. I waited one hour 5 for my battery to become place in my vehicle. Discovered that Rueben got the incorrect battery for my automobile. The associate Billy helped me significantly more than other people and captured Ruebens error. Today WHY??? Can you have people inside your tire and lubricant show who cant actually alter a battery??? This isn't secure and when Billy didn't discover the mistake-you might have been losing more of my money and time!!! Please cope with these affiliates since you aren't supplying good-and secure customer support.
