Paid for my cigarettes and never received them

I requested cigarettes with my credit card March 22, they got there cash March 23rd, it is on my charge card. I never got my purchase now is May 14, daily requesting them where's my purchase and all-they state is they'll return to me plus they do not, or they claim they've many national breaks and also the postoffice is closed. Easily had recognized the cigarettes where from the Ukraine I never might of requested them. They guarantee 21-30 times for shipping or your cash back or resend purchase properly it'snot occurred plus they have not done something except to express wait till 40 times well I did so... However nothing. If you like cigarettes by charge card don't conduct business with one of these individuals. It has been an hour or so on the website live chatline plus they haven't return with any outcomes of my purchase that we believe I'll never notice.
