I went to store # 2022 on 01/05 to purchase a battery for my car My car had just died and AAA had to come and jump my car so i could drive it walmart to buy a new battery. I had to keep my car running and i let the garage know an associate named Billy she was fine with it. When i got into the store no one would help me. I do not know much about vehicles and figured that they would help me. Another associate named Rueben just ignored me. Another associate and her badge said Dept mgr on it her name was Anne she turned her back on me and walked away. At this point i am really getting mad because my car is running and i am getting no where. So I saw another associate named alex and he did not help me either. I waited an hour and a half for my battery to be put in my car. Found out that Rueben got the wrong battery for my vehicle. The associate Billy helped me more than anyone else and caught Ruebens mistake. Now WHY??? Would you have people in your tire and lube express who cant even change a battery??? This is not safe and if Billy did not find out the mistake you would have been wasting more of my time and money!!! Please deal with these associates because you are not providing good and safe customer service.
