Took my money but did not delive

About the 7th of Can I requested plants online from Flowers N Flowers Plants and Presents, which were to become shipped 24 hours later. About the 10th of Can I named to enquier why these were not shipped (these were for parents day) and also the "operator" mentioned he's to start a study and certainly will contact me within 48 hours. (used to donot really know how difficult it'd have now been to phone a supply guy). On Friday the 13th, i named over and over he explained he was still examining and may not provide me a return. (what great would be the blossoms if parents day has handed). Then he again hung-up on me. I've approached CREDIT, the Toronto Fraud Team and also the BBB. That is Scam real and easy.
