Dirt Cheap Cigarettes ripoff i paid for cigarettes and never received them

I paid for a carton of cigarettes and I never received them I emailed the company 4 times and they did not even have the respect to contact me or email me back so now I am fighting with my credit card company to waive the bill.

I feel I should not have to pay for something I did not receive. I will never purchase anything off the internet again. I should have known better. I guess I'll have to learn from my mistakes as usual. People are so deceitful and dishonest. It disgusts me.
