Ripoff, paid for cigarettes and never received them No reply to my contact attempts

I ordered cigarettes from www.dirt-cheap-cigarettes.com and my credit card was charged and I havn't received anything. I attempted to contact them countless times via the e-mail provided on their website and every attempt remains unanswered. I even tried emailing the advertisers of the website (ad that says "powered by" in hopes that they could provide me with any way to contact the website company, still with no response.
