I would not recommend this company

Bought a thermospa bathtub in 2000. Have experienced several problems the club through the years. Bubbling layer of the club. They set this, no criticism there. Within the drop of 2009 named an created a scheduled appointment regarding an issue using the club not heat. Well it'll be about 14 days. Established your day. Went into function and required your day down, and so I could be readily available for this visit in 14 days. They're unavailable within the ny region as frequently because they claim whenever you purchase the club. The day of the planned visit it's receiving late within the evening. I contact Thermospa to discover where the specialist is. They inform me they're not arriving today. We are able to plan for later within the week. No accommodation for my day-off. Losing my time. You may be on-hold waiting to talk to customer support and clear the home before they get. I'd not recommend the corporation. Been down slope previously couple of years. May look locally from today on.
