Unbelieveably horrible company

I've never handled a far more rude or inefficient support division in my own living! I put an order online and not received it. After I named to check on the standing, I had been rudely informed that I ought to have named to put my purchase in the place of putting it online. Are you kidding me? What millennium is that this? I've required my product, to no avail, and so I subsequently required a return. Nowadays may be the next period I've required a return. They'll "contact me back" nowadays to I would like to understand what is certainly going on. I can not think the best organization may run with one of these requirements. I'll never reccommend ThermoSpa to anybody!
