Poor Customer Service from Shrugs to Indifference

I have made four seperate attempts to contact customer service. It took 10 days for a response. The response merely apologized for any inconvenience and offered a 30% coupon to be used in store only. Back story: I called one location looking for an item. I gave the clerk the item description & style number. I was assured they had the item in the requested size & that they would hold the item. After a twenty minute drive, I arrive to find the item on hold is not the correct item. When I asked the clerk what happened she shrugged her shoulders. I calmly asked her to find the correct item at another location. She was able to locate the item. It took 20 minutes to arrive at the second location. This time the item was correct. However, because the company chooses not to sell the tankini tops in their stores the store refused to honor the current 2/$25 promotion for the item I was purchasing. I explained the situation to the girl and she told me she couldn't help me. On-line the they did not have the correct sizes or styles. It's impossible to find the items I need in the store and on-line, so I have to purchase seperately and they won't honor their promotional price. I was offered a 30% coupon to use in the store. The item I need is only available on-line. Does this make any sense? Plus, it still does not allow for the current promotion. The company is still getting more money out of me!
