Awful customer service

Their jewelry results are top quality, but there customer support is terrible! If you are using a money Credit/Mastercard to buy products online, they increase-ask you for and handle you rudely whenever you question them why that's. I had been informed with a rude lady called Sharon that it had been my problem that I had been billed twice since I did not make use of a charge card and applied my bank card instead. I've completed business with this specific merchant for over ten decades, but I am getting my business elsewhere. Save your self the problem and leave QUICKLY out of this merchant!
