The Greget Group, Mark Greget Real Estate "flip" Scam in Southern California

Mark Greget stole $152,000.00 from our firm. We are in the process of attacking him civilly, and he will not respond to the claim. He is what the Department of Real Estate calls, "an operator". The California DRE is in the process of revoking his real estate license. He has been disciplined by OCAR for severe ethics violations. Please read this email I received today from a client.
Greget is flipping another house in Highland Park - 5425 Ash St LA 90042 by the Greget group and Access Properties is the buyer. There are no permits for work done. It sounds exactly like this house but maybe better if you read his facebook entries.
He buys homes to flip and make a profit with no permits or legal contractors doing the work. The client who wrote the statement above is in the process of rebuiling the home right now. That is how bad the work is. Please call me for further details and any paperwork needed for you to make your decision.
