Real Estate Fraud and Rip Off By The Siedenburg Group of Freeport IL - Buyer Beware!

The Siedenburg Group of Freeport Illinois is a real estate brokerage operated by Jerry Siedenburg also of Freeport Illinois. Buyers Beware of doing any business with this firm or any of its related real estate agents. They are not honest and they do not represent their buyer's best interests - ever. They act maliciously towards their customers when they realize that there are better real estate brokerages in the area and they will slander their customers for using other real estate brokerages. They will even go so far as to attempt to damage the businesses of clients/customers when they change to other real estate firms in the area. This firm is extremely greedy and they lack customer service. They are motivated by the dollar and they really do not care at all about customers. I have lost nearly $100,000 as a result of this company and their failure to represent me as a buyer. They do not disclose information - they do backhanded deals where they are representing sellers that have criminal histories for real estate fraud. They do not tell the buyer they are representing about this and will go as far as to arrange deals with these non-trustworthy sellers to their honest customers. If they know about problems with a property you can be sure they will not share that information with you. They will even create fraudulent leases and other documents to make a property look more appealing and attractive to the buyer. They are corrupt and greedy. You can find much better deals by using other real estate brokerages and/or doing it on your own. I am not a realtor or broker - just an investor that lost his life savings as a result of this company and it's agents.
