Llc. Real estate careers money books license school check document Ripoff

I saw in the newspaper an ad about now hiring real estate agents license and no license accepted. I got to the place where they wanted me to go to. It was in someone elses businesses conference room.

I was the first one in and I thought it was going to be a job interview I later found out after 12 people showed up it was only a seminar about how you can pay $449.00 and get a couple of books and take a test online.

They told me that when I got my real estate license they would find me a broker to work for and that He or She would pay me back after I closed two escrow accounts.

We had one person leave the room yelling that it was bullshi*.
They only told us how great it was to be a real estate agent and only explained very little about the process and books.

I left their very confused and not knowing anything about real estate.
