I like using them but i need to be able to speak to an employee when i have a complaint

Been having some issues with QVC. I've been with them for a while and not had any grievances but recently I'm having a payment challenge on the purchase i created and that I cant appear to get anybody about the telephone to consult with about that. Is their a primary quantity to contact wherever they are able to answer inquiries from clients about prices and trades. I love with them but I have to have the ability to talk to a worker after I possess a criticism.
