I purchased a mobile phone from bestbuy. The maker is motorola. After 3 months of possessing the telephone the audio ceased functioning. I tried returning the telephone to bestbuy. The provider is increase cellular plus they do not do trades and since the provider is increase bestbuy could not trade the telephone. Therefore the bestbuy affiliate named motorola. Motorola stated that I'd need to spend to deliver the telephone for them so that they might try to do the repair. Therefore within the mean-time I'd be with no mobile phone. I completely dropped my awesome and that I killed the telephone. I operate a small company and my telephone is just a requirement. The clear answer below was clear offer me a brand new telephone and maintain my business. Needless to express that I Will never and i suggest never purchase another telephone produced by motorola. Motorola was once an organization that created excellent items however now their fighting in which to stay company. Therefore do yourself a benefit and do not purchase the items produced by motorola.
