This product seems like a piece of junk

The product appears like a bit of crap. I purchased one and that I am unhappy withit. I cant appear to get anybody in customer support at Instyler to reply my calls and inform me ways to get a return. Does other people have one of these simple issues? In the industry it appears like it surely works so quickly.
