No more Douglas tires and no more tires from WalMart

Our child had 4 new Douglas wheels placed on her 2000 Neon. The 3rd tire has failed with stand separation and WalMart struggled on all three. This last one I used to be informed that since she'dnot bought the street risk protection, the guarantee wasn't essentially ev en although tread level was 80%. No further Douglas wheels with no more wheels from WalMart.
